Hassan Amr built the Dancing Cactus app as an Ad Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by Hassan Amr at no cost and is intended for use AS IS.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
If you choose to use my service, then You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to all its terms and conditions and you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. If you do not agree to fully abide by the terms of this Policy, You are not authorized to access or use the app and Services. and you must stop using it immediately.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Dancing Cactus unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to
- Recording audio (It is optional and up to you). The app WILL NOT record anything until you give it the permission to record sound AND when you tap the recording button, It will record up to maximum 7 seconds and after the app plays the record immediately after the recording stop, the app will delete this record. You can revoke the recording permission from the app whenever, but by revoking it some features of the app will not work.
The app uses third-party services and APIs that may collect personal information about you.

- AdMob (Ads SDK)
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
CookiesCookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these "cookies" explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services.
SecurityI value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) & EU User ConsentIn order to offer our app and service for free, our app (Dancing Cactus) uses AdMob as an ad Provider (AdMob is a mobile advertising subsidiary of Google).
For users in the EEA (European Economic Area) or the UK, they will see a consent form asking whether to show personalized ads based on their interests and personal data or to show non-personalized ads and they have the options to choose to consent (to showing personalized ads) or do not consent (to showing personalized ads). Also the consent form contains info about which third parties (including Google) that will have access to the user's data that will be collected as well as the controls that allow the user to choose how his personal data is used by the third party vendors in addition to a list of all the vendors that will have access to his personal data, and their details, and privacy policy where the user can confirm or decline the vendors all individually where declining a vendor can stop them from using the data the user shared.
The consent form is built and shown using Google User Messaging Platform SDK Consent Management Platform (CMP) that is developed by Google, certified by Google and integrated with the IAB's Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF).
For users in the EEA (European Economic Area) or the UK, they will find a section named Ads Personalization Settings inside the App's About Screen that can be accessed easily inside the app. Through this section they will be able to easily reshow the consent form and Give, Edit or Revoke their consent to Ads Personalization. Also you can reset or delete your Advertising ID (The advertising ID is a unique, user-resettable ID for advertising, provided by Google Play services) in Android Settings to opt-out of Ads Personalization. Please note that the non-personalized ads that are served still require cookies to operate.

Children's PrivacyAnother part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal data about a child under age 13, we will permanently delete any information we have under our control as quickly as possible.
